How it works

Check before you reply.

It starts with the conversation, points to the pattern, then helps you choose what to do next.

Add the conversation

Paste text, upload a screenshot, or add audio. Only share what you want checked.

See the pattern

The check points to exact words and common tactics like denial, blame, and DARVO.

Pick the next step

Sort facts, pause before replying, write a safer response, or save a record.

Expert Insights Based on Research

Seeing the pattern is the first step to trusting yourself again.

"As with all gaslighting, it's about seeing the behavior patterns and knowing when you're being had."

Gaslighting Check helps connect those patterns back to exact words so you can slow down, choose what to do next, and keep a private record when you need one.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

How does the token system work?+
Each plan gives you tokens each month. One analysis costs 10 tokens. Your tokens reset when your next billing cycle starts.
Was this helpful?
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes. You can cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. To cancel, log in, click your profile avatar in the top right of the dashboard, then choose Manage Subscription. The cancel option will be in that window.
Was this helpful?
What happens if I run out of tokens?+
You can wait until your next billing cycle, or move to a plan with more tokens.
Was this helpful?
Is my payment information secure?+
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, a trusted payment company with strong security standards.
Was this helpful?
How long (how large) can my audio be?+
Free accounts can upload up to 10MB per file. That is often about 10 to 20 minutes of phone audio.

Plus and Pro accounts can upload up to 150MB per file and up to 10 hours. For normal phone recordings, that is often about 2 to 4 hours of audio. Voice memos from your phone usually work well.
Was this helpful?
How long can the text be?+
Text needs at least 10 characters. For the best speed, keep each analysis under about 10,000 to 15,000 characters, or about 1,500 to 2,500 words. If your text is longer, split it into parts. Each part counts as a separate analysis.
Was this helpful?
How do I delete my account?+
Email support@gaslightingcheck.com. We will delete your account and related data when you ask.
Was this helpful?
What is your refund policy?+
Purchases are final and not refundable. Please use your free analysis before you upgrade.

The only exception is a technical problem that fully blocks the service, like a system error, account access issue, or service outage. Report it within 48 hours to support@gaslightingcheck.com. We review those cases one by one. Canceling stops future billing, but it does not refund the current billing period.
